1. Product and current status
gnouden provides CSV Integrity Lab, a tool for inspecting CSV conversion risks and exporting all-text XLSX files. A web preview is available; no commercial checkout, preorder or subscription is active. Nothing on this site is a claim of payment-provider approval, marketplace publication or existing customers.
2. Using the web preview
You may use the preview for lawful inspection and conversion of files you are authorized to process, including internal business files. You remain responsible for the source data, its confidentiality and verifying the output before using it for business decisions. The preview runs locally and is provided without a service-level guarantee.
Do not use the site for unlawful activity, attempt to compromise the service, misrepresent its output or redistribute it as your own software. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.
3. What the tool does and does not do
Warnings indicate possible conversion risks, not proof of incorrect data. All exported values are strings; the output is not a numeric analysis workbook. The tool does not restore lost digits, perform automatic correction, infer the intended date format or guarantee that the data meets legal, accounting or other professional requirements. Keep backups and compare important outputs with their source.
Current limits are described in the usage guide. Browser and spreadsheet compatibility is limited to what has actually been verified there. The Chrome extension package is not yet released.
4. Proposed commercial offer
The planned price is USD 12, paid once, for one named user on one desktop device using the purchased version. The proposed licensed scope is CSV inspection, the listed encoding/separator choices and one-sheet all-text XLSX export within the stated limits. It does not include batch processing, increased limits, AI, cloud storage, data repair, resale rights or a promise of lifetime updates or future features.
The preview has no paid-only functions or license activation. Planned commercial delivery is by email with download instructions and a license key through Lemon Squeezy, subject to store approval and successful testing. This has not been activated. Final price, taxes, legal seller identity, delivery and license terms must be shown before any future purchase. No paid entitlement is created by using the free preview.
5. Support and availability
Contact [email protected]. No guaranteed response time or uninterrupted availability is offered. We may update or withdraw the preview. Any future paid offer must state its delivery and support conditions before sale.
6. Refunds and mandatory rights
There are no current purchases to refund. The proposed future purchase policy is described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights and payment-provider rules are not waived by these terms.
7. Responsibility and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is supplied as-is without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not exclude responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to a future paid license must be disclosed before purchase rather than silently applied to a completed transaction.
