Current preview

The web preview is free to try. We do not currently accept payments, preorders or subscriptions, and there are no purchases through this website to refund. The policy below describes the proposed approach for future licensed sales; it is not an announcement that sales have started.

Proposed future purchase policy

If the commercial license is launched, we plan to offer a full refund on request within 14 calendar days of purchase, including when the delivered software does not work as described or a customer changes their mind. This policy will be displayed and confirmed at checkout before any purchase. Mandatory legal rights and any broader payment-provider protections remain available.

How to request a refund

For a future purchase, email [email protected] with the subject “CSV Integrity Lab refund”, the order ID and the purchasing email address. A brief reason is helpful but is not required for a request within the stated 14-day period. Do not send card numbers, passwords, full license keys or sensitive CSV files.

Processing and license access

After the future order is checked, an eligible full refund would be submitted through the payment provider to the original payment method. Bank/provider processing times vary; we do not guarantee an immediate credit. A fully refunded license would be revoked and would no longer authorize use of the paid version. Any unresolved delivery or refund failure would be handled through support, not reported as completed automatically.

We are not offering partial refunds for the proposed single-license purchase. Requests outside the 14-day period, duplicate charges, non-delivery and other issues will be reviewed individually without limiting mandatory rights.

Payment-provider rules

Lemon Squeezy is the intended payment provider, subject to approval. Its rules can allow refunds or dispute handling beyond the developer’s policy. See its refunds and chargebacks documentation. There is no live Lemon Squeezy checkout on this site.
